1. Information We Collect

• Personal Identity: Name and Phone Number (for account verification and SMS OTP).
• Location Data: County and Sub-County (to show relevant local produce).
• Financial Data: M-Pesa transaction IDs and Wallet balances (to facilitate secure payments).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information only for the following:

• Verifying your identity via SMS.
• Processing M-Pesa STK Pushes and Withdrawal requests.
• Connecting buyers with the nearest farmers.

3. Data Sharing (Third Parties)

We do not sell your data. We only share info with essential partners:

• Safaricom (M-Pesa): To process payments.
• HostPinnacle: To send security SMS codes.

4. Data Security

Your passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing. All transactions are logged and monitored to prevent fraud.

Terms of Service

By using the KilimoUstawi App, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information. Users found using fake names or numbers will have their wallets frozen and accounts banned.

2. Marketplace Rules

• Farmers: Must list actual products they own. Misleading listings (wrong weight or price) are prohibited.
• Buyers: Payments made via M-Pesa are held in escrow or credited to the farmer's wallet upon verified delivery.

3. Wallet and Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours after Admin approval. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Limitation of Liability

KilimoUstawi is a facilitator. We are not liable for the quality of physical goods but will assist in dispute resolution between buyers and sellers.
